Who is AQORIO Dental for?
AQORIO Dental™ serves UK independent dental practice owners, practice managers and dental groups. Its focus is dental operations: patient administration, appointment management, practice intelligence and subscription billing workflows.
How does AQORIO Dental relate to AQORIO?
AQORIO™ is the broader AI-as-a-Service brand serving organisations. AQORIO Dental™ is its distinct dental offering in the same brand family, not an identical cross-sector product or a separate legal company.
Is AQORIO Dental a full practice management system?
AQORIO Dental™ is a dental practice management system covering patient administration, appointments, practice intelligence and subscription billing workflows — not just an integration layer. Demonstrated features use fictional data; availability and fit for your practice must be validated during onboarding.
Does it connect to my existing tools?
Tell us which PMS, imaging, payment and messaging tools you use. Integrations depend on your setup and providers. We scope and validate each connection with you during onboarding and will not promise a connection we have not confirmed.
How do we get started?
Request a human-led demonstration through the Contact page or email hello@aqorio.com. We discuss your chairs, team, existing tools and operational priorities, then confirm feature availability, migration, integration scope and terms before activation. This is not instant signup or automatic service provisioning.
Is the revenue calculator accurate?
It is an illustrative model using your own assumptions. It is not a forecast or guarantee, and booked revenue is not profit.
Do you store what I type into the calculator?
Calculator inputs stay in your browser. Results remain visible without sign-up. If you voluntarily submit an enquiry, your contact details are stored; only selecting result email also shares the four annual estimate totals. Email delivery awaits sender-domain setup. See the draft privacy notice.
How much does it cost?
Our proposed UK pricing starts at £49 per practice location a month (excluding VAT) for the core, with optional modules you can add, on a monthly rolling basis or a 12-month commitment where your first subscription month is free. All figures are proposed and subject to final confirmation; usage allowances and any extra charges are confirmed in writing before activation. Registered charities can receive 50% off the subscription after verification against the official charity register. Multi-site groups receive a tailored quotation.
Are the screenshots real patient data?
No. All product views on this website use fictional sample data.
What certifications do you hold?
We only state certifications once they are formally held and evidenced. Ask us about our current security and data protection approach during your demonstration.
