Privacy notice

Calculator: calculations run in your browser, with results visible without sign-up. Calculator inputs are not transmitted or stored. Only if you select “Send me my result” and submit the optional form, the four annual estimate totals are shared with your enquiry. These are illustrative estimates, not forecasts.

Optional enquiries: we collect your name, work email, practice name, request choices and, for a call, phone number and optional preferred time. We also record the submission date and this notice version. Do not include patient, clinical or other sensitive information.

Purpose and permission: details are used to respond to your specific request, not to enrol you in marketing. The form asks for your permission to store and respond. The controller must confirm the appropriate UK GDPR lawful basis and consent/withdrawal arrangements before launch.

Storage and access: enquiries are stored in Lovable Cloud. Visitors cannot read enquiry records. Access is limited to authorised project operators; there is no public enquiry directory. Result emails are not yet connected: requests are saved pending sender-domain setup, with no delivery or response-time guarantee.

Retention and your rights: retention periods and deletion procedures await founder approval. Contact hello@aqorio.com to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of your request. Applicable rights and exceptions must be confirmed in the final notice. You can raise data-protection concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Email alternative: emailing hello@aqorio.com opens your own email app; email correspondence is handled separately from form submissions.

Cookies: this website does not set analytics or marketing cookies. A day/night view preference is held only for your current visit.

Required before launch: controller legal name and address, ICO registration if applicable, lawful basis, enquiry owner, retention/deletion schedule, supplier terms and DPA, storage location and international transfers, email provider details, abuse protection and final rights wording. No compliance certification is claimed.
