Registered charities
Registered charity discount — 50% off subscription after verification
Registered charities may receive 50% off their subscription, but only after verification. Eligibility is never self-certified and is never granted by a checkbox or a plausible-looking number alone.
How verification works
- Provide your registered legal name, charity registration number and jurisdiction through our contact flow.
- UK charities are checked against the official register: Charity Commission for England and Wales, OSCR for Scotland, or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.
- Overseas charities are checked against the equivalent official register in their jurisdiction, plus human review.
- We match the registered legal name, number, active status and jurisdiction to your organisation. Uncertain or unmatched cases stay pending human review — no discount is applied until verification completes.
This website does not yet have a secure form for verification details, so please email us with the information above; we will not pretend a submission has been received or approved. Until verification completes, all payable totals on this page remain at the full proposed rate. Whether the charity discount can be combined with the free-first-month offer has not been decided — combined eligibility would be confirmed in writing before purchase.

A bespoke option for multi-site groups, positioned above Enterprise. Multi-site groups are eligible for the standard monthly or 12-month model; pricing is by tailored quotation after we understand your sites, teams and integrations.
Pricing transparency
- Included AI, minute and message allowances, and any extra-use rates, are confirmed in writing before activation.
- You approve usage limits before any extra-usage charges can apply.
- SMS is priced by message segment. WhatsApp, voice, AI and other provider charges may be separate.
- Third-party app subscriptions, bespoke connectors, data migration and onboarding are scoped separately.
- Any AQORIO payment fee and payment provider processing fees are disclosed separately before you agree.
- 12-month commitment: month 1 subscription free, months 2–12 at the normal monthly rate; total subscription commitment is 11 × the monthly price. The free month excludes usage, third-party charges, onboarding and migration.
- Detailed cancellation, refund, renewal and payment-detail terms, and trial eligibility, are confirmed in writing before purchase.
